Will all training now be done on-line?
E-learning will be offered where appropriate, but classroom courses will certainly continue. CUSOURCE fosters the best in both-on-line and instructor-led classes. The learning management system, which supports CUSOURCE, establishes a convenient, e-learning platform, and also provides easy access to information on the full range of traditional, classroom courses available.
Who created CUSOURCE and who is responsible for
its operation?
The development of CUSOURCE is a system-wide project and it is fully accountable to the Canadian credit unions. Proceeding with a defined set of learning and business goals, approved at the 2002 Canadian Conference, Credit Union Central of Canada, the provincial centrals, strategic partners and individual credit unions actively support CUSOURCE. Official governance and policy making for CUSOURCE will fall to Canadian Central's Board of Directors. System input is further augmented by an Advisory Council, which has a broad national representation.
